It’s said that the trips we take as children tend to be far more memorable than other childhood experiences. Timo Krapf might agree. After all, a family vacation to Maine introduced him as a child to the metalworking technique that, 10 years later, became his specialty. It also helped him capture first place in the Future of the Industry division of the 2019 MJSA Vision Awards.
