It’s a term to describe the essence of omnichannel: Phygital emphasizes the blurring of the line between physical and digital channels to create one consistent experience, regardless of where someone is shopping. It’s about not thinking of offering a physical experience or a digital experience, but rather offering one completely connected experience.
