MJSA's Mystery Box Challenge, with a twist
In August 2023, at the Instore Show in Chicago, three intrepid designers took part in MJSA's first live Mystery Box Challenge. An annual feature in MJSA Journal, the Challenge traditionally involves taking a box of "mystery" materials (which always includes a least one oddball item) and from them creating a finished piece of jewelry—in only four weeks' time.
