With 30 energy levels (1 to 30 joules), a weld rate of 1 weld per second, and a spot diameter range of 0.5 to 2 mm, the Zapp Plus 2 supports a range of fine jewelry applications. It’s argon-ready and compatible with various eye protection options and a 72 inch Orion welding stylus. Made in the USA, the welder is available in a kit that features a power adapter and cord, Orion electrodes, 7 feet of argon tubing, stylus, safety glasses, clips, stylus holder, and a practice card.
