Featuring an advanced user-friendly computer control system, the Yasui Prime X vacuum wax injector system is designed to offer a precise and controlled amount of wax into a vacuumed mold, eliminating air bubbles, stabilizing wax weights, producing uniform parts, and increasing productivity. The system allows operators to tune in and save the correct settings needed for each mold to achieve the best wax pattern. Settings can be saved to an RFID chip that is glued or vulcanized to each mold, allowing the operator to wave the mold over an optional RFID reader and the system will automatically adjust the settings for the mold.
