Rio Grande – Mini Rolling Mill

Combining a compact size with the ability to roll sheet, square wire, and half-round wire, the Durston mini 100E rolling mill features induction-hardened rollers (64 HRC to a depth of 6 inches) with nine square grooves, four half-round grooves, and a 70 mm flat area suitable for reducing metal thickness or working with pattern plates. Featuring a blue powder coating, the mill uses a direct-drive system; self-lubricating, maintenance-free components; and a lightweight T-bar for adjustment. The mill can accommodate a maximum sheet thickness of 5 mm and a maximum wire thickness of 6.5 mm. With a shipping weight of 70.548 lbs., the mill measures 11 inches wide by 6.6 inches deep by 10.6 inches high.
