Gesswein – PUK 6.1

Building on the foundation of the PUK 6, the PUK 6.1 introduces refined controls, faster weld sequencing, and added functionality for precision work with precious metals. Designed for applications requiring detailed, low-heat welds, it supports material thicknesses below 0.2 mm and offers continuous speed adjustment for greater control. A new PIN mode accommodates welding ear studs and pins, while up to five custom configurations can be saved for repeat use. The system resumes with the last-used settings upon startup, reducing setup time. Features include micro mode with 0.1 ms pulse duration, high-frequency superimposition, and an intuitive joystick interface. The handpiece accepts electrodes from 0.6 to 1.3 mm and delivers improved durability with a longer service life.
