For about seven weeks every summer at camp, I help my teen stu-dents fabricate hundreds of rings. Along the way, I’ve collected a bunch of ring-making tricks and tips, and here are two favorites for speedily and safely cleaning up the inside surface of a simple, average soldered or lost-wax cast band ring.
