Sunstone Welders – Orion LZR ECO 160 Laser Welder

Developed to meet the needs of workshops with smaller budgets, the Orion LZR ECO 160 is a benchtop laser welder that offers 160 joules of power and up to 6 Hz of weld speed. Featuring a 7 inch touchscreen display, the welder provides users with full control of power and time independently. Equipped with a 10x stereo microscope, the system offers motorized spot size adjustment that can be made on the touchscreen and an advanced constant-voltage inverter power supply that eliminates power spikes, extending the life of the flashlamp. With a footprint that measures 60 cm by 54 cm by 48 cm (23.6 inches by 21.3 inches by 18.9 inches), the welder allows users to save up to 100 customized settings.
