Suitable for large manufacturers, the Schultheiss VPC Pure casting machine is designed to combine sophisticated technology and modern software for repeatable, high-quality results. Featuring a built-in Windows-based computer for a fully automatic system that easily casts silver and gold alloys (including palladium white gold), the machine has an injection casting feature that fills flasks in under 2 seconds, ensuring complete fills and smooth cast surfaces for faster finishing and polishing. It is also suitable for casting detailed designs and thin pieces (down to 0.15 mm) at low metal and flask temperatures. In addition, it has a heat-resistant housing and an internal cooling system that uses water to keep the machine cool to the touch during casting. Measuring 30 inches by 34 inches by 44 inches high (76.2 cm by 86.4 cm by 111.8 cm), the unit has a maximum capacity of 2,500 grams of 18k gold and 1,600 grams of silver. It can accommodate flasks measuring up to 5.1 inches (13 cm) in diameter and 11.8 inches (30 cm) high.
