Schultheiss VPC 40

Rio Grande

Designed for small manufacturers, the Schultheiss VPC 40 vacuum casting machine offers technology meant to ensure clean, consistent casting results. It was developed to deliver short cycle times and lose less metal during each cast, increasing production and reducing the user’s costs. Featuring a built-in Windows-based computer, this fully automatic system allows users to select a program on the control panel and watch as the unit completes the 12-step casting process. The heat-resistant housing ensures only the flask chamber is warm to the touch during casting processes, creating a safe working environment. Measuring 20 inches by 23 inches by 22 inches (50.8 cm by 58.4 cm by 55.9 cm), the machine has a maximum capacity of 500 grams of 18k gold and 300 grams of silver. It can accommodate flasks measuring up to 4.7 inches (12 cm) high and 3.9 inches (10 cm) in diameter.
