Sunstone Welders – Pilot Electrode Sharpener

Designed for use with Orion permanent jewelry and pulse-arc welders, the Pilot combines a precise sharpening guide with a cordless rotary tool to help Orion users clean and sharpen electrodes with ease and precision. Developed to save sharpening time, the Pilot features an enclosed diamond grinding wheel that cleans and sharpens an electrode to the desired angle. Suitable for use on 1 mm or 0.5 mm diameter Orion tungsten electrodes, the Pilot comes with one guiding slot. Powered by a lithium-ion battery, the sharpener has a slim rotary body that is contoured to comfortably fit the user’s hand.
