A DIY solution for attaching sanding discs

Sanding discs are one of my most-used flex-shaft attachments. These versatile wonders come in two common styles: snap-on discs, which have a square, brass-lined opening and require a special mandrel, and center-hole discs, which fit onto standard screw-top mandrels. But the limited range of available grits led me to start making my own—with the help of a 1 inch paper punch from the stationary store.
