LaserStar Technologies – E350 Exhaust System

Built for use with laser welding, cutting, marking, and engraving systems, the E350 manages dust, fumes, and other by-products of laser processing. A communication interface cable links the exhaust system directly to the laser, so it powers on and off in sync with operation. In addition to creating a safer workplace, the unit helps reduce particle buildup inside the system chamber and keeps sensitive optics clear of debris. Featuring a bag filter design that makes filter changes straightforward, the system has a HEPA filter meant to capture 99.9 percent of fine particles while odor filters reduce smoke and smells. The system runs on a variable-speed brushless motor and can be ordered in either 120V or 230V models. Each unit comes with a 2 meter PVC hose and a 1.2 meter adjustable arm for positioning.
