LaserStar Technologies – 3804 FiberCube Marking & Engraving System

Available in 30, 60, and 100 watt models, the 3804 FiberCube is a closed-workspace laser system designed for high-speed direct part marking, traceability, branding, and decorative engraving. It is equipped with maintenance-free MOPA fiber engines rated for more than 80,000 hours of operation. Compatible with rotary devices, the system can apply markings on a wide range of materials, including gold, platinum, silver, brass, stainless steel, copper, titanium, aluminum, carbide, medical-grade alloys, and plastics. Features include a compact benchtop design, motorized Z-axis with push-button control, and a high-speed digital scan head with integrated focus diodes. A motorized safety door with anti-pinch protection is built in, and the system comes with a precision multi-hole mounting plate. Each unit includes a laptop computer preloaded with StarFX Premier software.
