Foredom – Magnetic Finisher/Polisher (MF105)

Designed for nonmagnetic metal pieces, the MF105 magnetic finisher/polisher features two bowl assemblies for increased capacity. Each bowl measures 5.25 inches across and can hold up to 30 rings. Users can choose between 0.3 mm pins for softer metals and 0.5 mm pins for harder alloys, with 150 grams of each included with the unit. An additional 200 grams of citric acid cleaning powder comes supplied as well. To operate, load the bowl with pins, water, and the workpieces, and then set the time; the unit will shut off automatically after a cycle of up to 120 minutes. A rust-resistant magnetic basket separates the pins at the end of each run, simplifying cleanup and supporting long-term durability. The machine is available in both 115V and 230V versions.
