Bench Jeweler-Setter-Polisher

Ostbye & Anderson, a fourth-generation, family-owned manufacturer providing diamond jewelry to independent jewelers, is looking to hire a production team member.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years bench jeweler experience.
- Excellent organizational skills & detail oriented.
- Customer focused, service is key.
- Growth oriented, team player.
- Problem solver, solution-oriented.
- Computer skills, CAD is a plus.
- Hours: Weekdays 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Required Responsibilities:
- Perform all ranges of bench jeweler responsibilities on jewelry to include casting, setting, sizing, repairing, welding, soldering, polishing, and cleaning consistent with high standards of quality, service and timeliness.
- Maintain the shop and personal workspace in a clean, organized, presentable, and efficient manner as directed by the appropriate management personnel.
- Constantly pursue personal and shop improvement and development by learning, sharing, and updating yourself on new and more effective and/or efficient jeweler skills, processes, and methods.
- Experience with custom jewelry, CAD design is a plus.
