MJSA Compliance Guides
So that members can ensure their products meet federal, state, and industry standards, MJSA has developed several compliance guides. Each focuses on a specific area of regulation, provides a comprehensive overview, and, in plain English, explains what jewelry makers, designers, and related suppliers need to do to comply.
MJSA also keeps members updated about any pending regulations or changes in current requirements by posting Compliance Updates (below) and distributing through e-updates.
