The MJSA Energy Program
MJSA and Constellation Energy—the nation’s leading competitive electricity supplier—have teamed up to provide eligible MJSA members with the benefits of innovative energy power solutions. With offices strategically located to serve customers in every U.S. competitive electricity market (see map below), Constellation offers a portfolio of energy management products.
In addition to competitive electricity rates, the Constellation portfolio includes renewable energy certificates to help companies advance their sustainability goals, as well as load-response programs (which compensate users for reducing energy during periods of peak demand).

Index Plus Block Solutions: You decide how much of your usage will be at fixed prices; the difference between your usage and your fixed volumes will be charged market index prices.
Load Response: Get financial rewards for using less energy on days when regional power grids are under stress.
Online Energy Management Tools: NewEnergy Online gives your community access to online energy management, allowing you to monitor invoices online 24/7 and streamline processes to improve efficiency.

Some MJSA members may have the ability to join an electricity aggregation through the MJSA Energy Program. Joining an aggregation gives your business better buying power, which could result in lower costs and increased options than when purchasing energy on your own:
• Group Buying Power: An aggregation provides Constellation with greater predictability when purchasing power. The more consistent or flat the load is, the lower the price.
• Additional Services: By serving the aggregation’s electricity needs, Constellation has a unique opportunity to offer additional services to eligible members, including load response.
